Was ist das und wozu brauch ich´s?
Seit 2008 gibt es in Österreich und Europa den Energieausweis für Gebäude. Beim Energieausweis geht es darum, den gesamten Energiebedarf von Gebäuden zu ermitteln und zu klassifizieren. Er wird herangezogen, um den Wert eines Gebäudes, eines Gebäudeteils oder einer Wohneinheit zu definieren.
